We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any of our puppies to anyone that we consider in our own opinion or observation to:
1) Have or show suspicious or questionable motives for the purchase.
2) Does not appear to have the ability or desire or means to properly provide for puppy. In my opinion this includes; exercise, discipline and affection.
Please make your purchase carefully. We do not offer refunds for any reason. If your fast growing Great Dane does not get along with your Chihuahua, it is regrettable but not an acceptable reason for a refund. Also, changing your mind is not reason for a refund.
The following sales contract / health guarantee must be agreed to and signed before a purchaser buys a Simon Says great dane puppy.
Conditions of Sale
Naming your puppy:
My children and I enjoy giving the puppies names. These first names are just temporary and you are free to change them. We do require that all puppies retain as part of their AKC registration name; our kennel name of SimonSays.
I.E. "SimonSays Shesa lady"
This is required in order to recognize the identity of our bloodlines. The new owner is free to assign the rest of the name after our kennel name.
It will be considered a breach of contract to deviate from this request. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. In no event will an exception be considered valid without written permission from Simon Says Danes.
